Here’s another article that was on the front page of Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly; our own trade publication, I know. But it highlights the decision in Nuculovic v Hill, which is a case I briefed and which was ultimately rightly decided based on my arguments.
The plaintiff in Nuculovic filed an application for leave to appeal in the Supreme Court, which is still pending.
